comp vacuum

assalamualaikum...
Kindly found comp run in vacuum conditions but the solutions need to follow committee this week. Fast troubleshoot and fixed solutions

Assalamualaikum..
Good day for all my friends
Lately we always found problem unit model 69NT40 scroll comp ice up. Everyone know about this running conditions not so good for comp cause another unit still can pull down rise temperature to -25 degree Celsius but not came icing. Also everybody ready to troubleshooting and replace the thermostatic expansion valve but conditions still like before. Please I hope don’t confuse about this case and will open for postmortem in this week but the day and time check to you local chief technical committee.

1 cmh = 0.5883 cfm

answer = 11 cfm
formula to convert cmh to cfm

1 cbm = 1.6990108

TXV bulb feeler

Hallo assalamualaikum all my friends
About the last week we ready study kinds of gases pressure and what the functions of this material in refrigeration's system.
What the important i want to remember you about last week are the key point in class i tech about gasses/pressure/suction/humidify and TXV are
-When the gas inside the bulb feeler hot pressure will be high and function are for the comperes txv needle cause want to allow high pressure liquid gas flow trough the txv orifice and change to the low pressure gas.
-When the gas inside the bulb feeler cold pressure will be drop/low and function are the to pull txv needle and orifice will came so small hole to control low pressure gas flow inside evap coil
-questioning about why the gas came cold, answering only cause the gas change to low pressure
-How can came cold somebody say cause unit have the txv but i not say like that cause the capillary/hand valve/timun/petai and durian if can use for make the gas came low from the high side you can use...anything can use
-Why the discharge side hot only cause when the gas compress with compress assy like compressor,pump,hand pump and anything the will hot....refer gas characteristic
-Don't forgot to use gases pressure sheet when troubleshooting refrigerant flow system
-i always doa untuk korang agar korang dimudahkan oleh allah untuk memahami ape yang aku ajar pada korang...aku menjalankan amanah dan hanya tuhan yang akan membukakan hati korang....insyaallah.

Pengenalan

Pengenalan Kursus Teknologi Penyejukbekuan Peti Kemas (reefer container)

Kursus ini melatih para pelatih di dalam kerja-kerja lapangan kontena sejuk beku (reefer) untuk menguasai kemahiran menservis secara keseluruhan unit sejukbeku (reefer). Didalam kursus ini para pelatih akan diajari sepenuhnya oleh tenaga pengajar untuk menguasai teknologi terkini dalam bidang penyejukan kontena sejukbeku (reefer)  sehingga sampai ke tahap pekerja mahir.

MATLAMAT


Kursus teknologi Penyejukbekuan petikemas (reefer) adalah untuk melahirkan pekerja yang berkemahiran memasang, menyenggara dan membaik pulih peralatan penyejukan dan  memastikan ianya sesuai untuk kegunaan pengisian kargo dan memastikan ianya selamat kepada pengguna.

OBJEKTIF LATIHAN

1. Mengenal unit reefer dari segi teknologi yang digunakan dan mempelajari metodologi berfikir seorang juruteknik reefer (classroom).
2. Latihan menggunakan buku manuals dengan betul. (arah dan tujuan penulisan manuals)
(classroom).
3. Menguasai perbezaan tekanan cecair dan gas penyejukan R134a, R404a, R22 dan netrogen pressure gas (classroom).
4. Mempelajari wiring diagram 440 volt line (classroom).       
5. Mempelajari wiring diagram 24 volt circuit (classroom).
6. Mempelajari micro circuit 5 volt (classroom)
7. Mempelajari keseluruhan teknologi penggawalan/controller dalam bentuk peringkat lunak/software dengan turutan seperti berikut :- (classroom & yard)

8. Mempelajari kaedah penggunaan alat bantuan troubleshooting seperti claim meter dll (classroom & yard)

Dalam bidang pembelajaran ini pelatih menguasai kemahiran asas peralatan penyejukbekuan kontena peti kemas reefer serta mengamalkan peraturan keselamatan. Pelatih mempelajari peralatan penyejukan kontena peti kemas reefer dari segi komponen asas dan binaan, litar pendawaian dan sistem kawalan manual serta kawalan automatik. Kerja amali termasuk mempraktikkan uji lari dan mengesan kerosakan. Pelatih juga mempraktikkan pelbagai kemahiran pemaipan penyejukan serta pelbagai cara mengecas bahan pendingin. Pelatih akan diajari sepenuhnya Pre-Trip Inspection.
