P2 Tests - Condenser Fan Current Draw: Condenser fan is turned on, then off. Current draw must fall within
specified range. No other system components will change state during this test. If the Water Pressure Switch is
open this test will be skipped.

| Condenser fan starts in the off condition, current draw is measured, and condenser fan is then turned on. After 15 seconds the current draw is measured again. The change in current draw is then recorded. Test passes if change in current draw test is in the specified range. |

| Condenser fan is then turned off. After 10 seconds the current draw is measured. The change in current draw is then recorded. Test passes if change in current draw test is in the specified range. |
