Countermeasure

Defective sensor ( TCT1, TCT2, TCT3 or TCT4 )

< Check > ( Refer to Page F-21 )

Check the sensors are out of –45 to 70°C range with the personal computer display or the LCD.

Then remove the sensors from the terminal block TB11 or TB12, and check the resistance

between VRF – 63, VRG – 66, VRF – 67, or VRF – 61.

< Action >

• Out of approx. 1 - 120 kohm range : Replace TCT1, TCT2, TCT3, or TCT4.

• In case only the temperature displayed on the personal computer deviates,

adjust the offset data ( Refer to Instruction Manual of Hand – held computer ).
