Failure Detected pressure shift failure of High
or Low refrigerant pressure sensor ( HPT or LPT )
Countermeasure
<< Cause –(3) >>
• Poor contact of the connector CN10, CN23 and CN24
• Poor contact of terminals on the terminal block TB11
• Defective LPT • Defective HPT
• Defective PCB – C board
< Check >
• Open fully (100%) MV and EEV for more than 5min under the test
mode to take the balance of
pressure in the refrigerant system.
Check if the relative pressure difference between the high
pressure and the low pressure
is larger than approx. 980kPa ( 1kgf / cm² ) with the personal
computer display, the LED, the LCD
or a pressure gauge. And then loosen and tighten again the flares
of HPT
and LPT, and observe if there is any change.
