Relay
MC and CFR are not closed.

Check >
Operate
the compressor and the condenser fan under the test mode and check motion of
the relays.

Action >
• In
case the compressor does not operate :
Remove
the cause, such as High Pressure Switch ( HP ) actuation, etc.
• In
case the Condenser fan does not operate :
Remove the cause, such
as defective CFR relay, defective PCB-C board, etc.
