Failure Lock or short circuit of Evaporator fan motor ( Hi )

Countermeasure

Evaporator fan motor ( Hi ) start failure

< Check > ( Refer to Page F-19 )

Perform the evaporator fan motor Hi operation under the test mode, and check if all propeller fans rotate. And also check the current value with the LED, the LCD or a clamp meter at the Hi operation.

< Action >

Out of the following range : Replace Evaporator fan motor.

• CPE52, 53, : approx. 0.25 – 2.5A ( at 440V )

• CPE14, 15, 15V, 16 : approx. 1.5 – 6.5A ( at 440V )
