Countermeasure

Defective
Evaporator fan ( Lo ) relay ( FRL )
<
Check > ( Refer to Page F-31 )
Operate
the evaporator fan motor ( Lo ) under the test mode, and check the voltage on
FRL relay coil.
Check
also the coil current value on AC 24V circuit with a clamp meter.

Action >
• In
case the coil voltage is normal ( AC 24V ±10% ) and FRL does not work : Replace
FRL relay.
• In
case AC coil current is out of the following range : Replace FRL relay.
•
CPE52, 53, 15 : approx. 0.1 – 1A ( at AC 440V )
•
CPE14, 15V, 16 : approx. 0.1 – 2A ( at AC 440V )
• In case no coil
voltage is detected : Replace PCB-C board.
