Countermeasure

Defective
Sub heater rely ( HR2 )
<
Check > ( Refer to Page F-25 )
Supply
electricity to the heater under the test mode, and check the voltage of the HR2
relay coil.
And
check also the current value of HR2 coil with a clamp meter.
<
Action >
• In
case the coil current is normal ( AC 24V ±10% ) and the relay does not work :
Replace HR2 relay.
• In
case the AC coil current is out of approx. 0.1 – 1A* range ( at AC 440V ) :
Replace HR2 relay.
• In case no coil
voltage is detected : Replace PCB-C board.
